By creating an account or using FlagStatTrax ("Service"), operated by Jason Cardin ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
FlagStatTrax is a web application that allows flag football coaches and managers to track game statistics, manage rosters and lineups, and analyze team performance. The Service is available at https://flagstattrax.com.
You must provide a valid email address to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You may not share your account with others or use another person's account. You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
New accounts receive a 3-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card is required for the trial period.
After the trial expires, continued access requires a one-time payment of $7.99 USD. This is a lifetime license — there are no recurring subscription fees. Payment is processed securely by Stripe.
Refund Policy: Due to the nature of digital products, all sales are final. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from using the Service, please contact us at jwcardin76@gmail.com and we will work to resolve it.
You retain ownership of all data you enter into FlagStatTrax, including team names, player information, and game records ("Your Content"). By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store and process Your Content solely to provide the Service to you.
You are responsible for ensuring that Your Content does not violate any applicable laws or third-party rights. Do not enter sensitive personal information about minors beyond what is necessary to manage your team roster.
You agree not to: use the Service for any unlawful purpose; attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Service; reverse engineer, scrape, or copy the Service; share your account to circumvent payment; or use the Service in a way that could damage or impair it.
The optional "Export to Google Sheets" feature requires you to authorize FlagStatTrax to access your Google account. This authorization is governed by Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy in addition to ours. You can revoke this access at any time through your Google Account settings. We only use this access to create export spreadsheets at your explicit request.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF BUGS.
Statistics and analytics generated by FlagStatTrax are based on data you enter and are provided for informational purposes only.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, JASON CARDIN SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE SERVICE ($7.99).
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance. We will update the effective date above when changes are made.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
